Al Fresco Catering has been established over 25 years. Started originally by Geoff and Lorna Greasley at their Tenby base following a request for catering at a prestigous event.
During 16 years at Castlemead Hotel we have developed and extended our facilities considerably, offering a professional and very personal service.
Our function menus will give a good guide to the types of food which tends to be most popular with our clients.
We are, however, most happy to tailor make a menu to suit your requirements and venue. Recently we prepared a medieval banquet to totally authentic recipes served in Pembroke Castle, in the past we have prepared and served regimental dinners to exacting requirements.
